What JADIK Measures

The JADIK Assessment measures your interpersonal style in sales situations by looking at two key strategies: the Exploratory Process and the Presentation Process.

The Exploratory Process is your diagnostic strategy. This is how you identify customer needs and establish trust, credibility, and rapport early in the relationship. Think of this as your questioning and listening skills – the process that identifies the Gap between where your customer is and where they want to be.

The Presentation Process is your delivery strategy. This is how you share insights, explain solutions, make recommendations, and move the sale forward (or close the Gap).
