Do Customers Feel Your Passion?

Make sure the customer feels your passion. It’s something we stress at Carew International.

It’s not enough to present your product or service in a way that highlights the differences from competitors; you need to be passionate about the value you can provide every customer. Excitement is contagious.   It inspires confidence and positive action.

Recently, we saw this principle in action here at Carew. I was fortunate enough to be interviewed by our local newspaper, The Cincinnati Enquirer, for a story about the company and how the sales environment has changed over the past several years.

I thought the reporter – my customer in this case – was really inspired by the energy at Carew and wrote a great piece. It captures the optimism we feel going forward and our enthusiasm for selling – the same passion we share with our customers in every training event.
