Carew Recognized Among Top Sales Training Companies

In leadership development programs, we often talk about the importance of recognition to motivate team members. We all understand that recognition isn’t the core reason we do what we do, but it sure feels good to be on the receiving end. More importantly, recognition motivates us to continue or even improve the behavior that prompted the praise.  In that spirit, I am extremely proud to share that Carew International has once again been named by Selling Power magazine as one of the best sales training companies in the country.  This is Carew’s fourth consecutive year on Selling Power’s elite list.

Selling Power editors identified four main criteria for this prestigious award, including:

  • Depth and breadth of training offered
  • Innovative and new offerings or delivery methods
  • Ability to customize offerings
  • Strength of client satisfaction

In its announcement of this year’s Top Sales Training Companies, Selling Power also cited specific benefits associated with these firms, indicating each “provides a consultative experience, quantifies results with metrics, offers customization and post-training support, and has a documented track record of ROI and customer satisfaction.”  Selling Power editors said the firms included on the 2014 Top 20 Sales Training Companies list have “demonstrated an excellent awareness of the skills and tools required to succeed and remain competitive in today’s selling environment.”

This recognition belongs to the entire Carew team — from our incomparable facilitators, to our operations staff, sales and marketing, and customer service.  Our performance is a genuine reflection of our passion for professional development, and our commitment to deliver and exceed the excellence our customers have come to expect.  The training industry is rapidly changing.  As a privately-owned and independent organization, Carew International is able to continually update and improve our programs and delivery options, while staying true to our mission and the individualized attention our customers deserve.  It is indeed gratifying to receive this honor once again.  It only motivates us to excelerate our efforts moving forward!
