Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Seeley is Chief Executive Officer and majority owner of Carew International. Prior to becoming CEO in 2001, Jeff had been affiliated with the organization for over 20 years as a Carew customer, board member and team member.
Seeley came to Carew International from Hillenbrand Industries (NYSE - HB), a Fortune 1000 Company, where he served as a Senior Executive Vice President in charge of sales, marketing and corporate development for an $800 million operating company. Throughout his 13 year tenure at Hillenbrand, Jeff held executive leadership positions in a number of key areas, including sales and marketing, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, international business and operations. His experience included consumer products and healthcare equipment.
Seeley first joined the Carew organization in 1987 as Chief Financial Officer. He has also worked at Ernst and Young as a manager in sales strategy and marketing consulting, and later as a practice leader and senior manager specializing in sales, marketing, business strategy and corporate development for a wide array of clients.
Today, Jeffrey enjoys a leadership role in the sales training industry and business community. He is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events, national corporate sales meetings and professional conferences; as well a highly sought after and often published author of a multitude of articles and white papers.
Seeley is a graduate of Central Michigan University, where Carew International has helped establish the Central Michigan University Sales Institute. Jeff holds a CPA and has completed extensive post graduate work at the University of Michigan, Harvard and the University of Chicago.
