Carew International was founded in 1976 by Jack Carew, author of two national best sellers on sales performance and a widely recognized leader in the sales and business community. The result was Carew’s flagship program, Dimensions of Professional Selling (DPS).

Sales professionals and managers experienced unparalleled success with implementation of DPS, and Carew International was immediately launched to a leadership position among sales training providers.

In 2001, Jeffrey Seeley assumed leadership of the Carew organization as Chief Executive Officer, and continues in that role today. Prior to becoming CEO, Seeley had been affiliated with Carew for over 20 years as a customer, board member and team member.
